A limited edition numbering roughly 500, the Peugeot 405 Le Mans was a special varient of the radical Mi16. Featuring a number of 'enhancments' the Le Mans was created to celebrate Peugeots victory at the 24hr Le Mans race in 1994. Housing the same powefull 2.0Litre 16Valve engine as the Mi16, the Le Mans offered impressive performace figures of roughly 9 seconds to 62mph, and a top speed of roughly 130mph (however, it has been proven that this is an under-estimate!)

The Le Mans was a rare car when it was new, let alone 15 years later. It is estimated that there are roughly 80 examples left in the United Kingdom, including those declared off the road (SORN) with the DVLA.
